Hello everyone,
We have a set of users configured in our environment that are having problems accessing our installation, these users are not internal to JIRA but come from an LDAP that we have configured and the problem is that they only have problems accessing the tool first thing in the morning (around 8:00h and 8:30h in the morning approximately) and we can not figure out why, can you think of any reason why this may be happening?
Regards.
Hi Pedro,
Any chance this is happens when your LDAP user directory syncs in Jira?
What kind of errors are the users getting?
And do you see anything in the logs of Jira?
Hello Charlie,
Thanks for answering so fast, for example I log in with my ldap user at the same time and I have no problems accessing the tool from there so I do not think the problem is in the synchronization, in the Jira logs the only thing we see is the following:

We have reviewed the user's permissions and they are correct and we have previously recommended that you delete cookies from your browser but you still have the problem, you have also informed us that it happens regardless of the browser or computer you use to access the application.
Regards.
