Hi,
On customer Portal when i try to edit or close an issue i have an error message and i cannot do anything.
Here the message :
ErrorCollectionErrors it seems that you have tried to perform a workflow operation ( close issue ) that is not valid for the current state of the issue . The likely cause is that somebody has changed the issue recently , please look at the histoy for details.
I create the ticket ( i have admin rights ) the status is open .
I don't understand what really happen.
I checked the workflow and the transition open to close have a conditions saying only uses in any of the following roles can execute this translation ( service desk team , service desk customers , administrators.
