Hello,

I recently configured some automation lite for jira because the Automation for Jira looks like is a paid app (I thought It was included on Jira server)..

So, everytime i restart Jira I need to disable the "Automation for Jira" and then enable de "automation lite for Jira".

Any hints?

Many thanks

Hello @Adria Alonso

What symptom are you observing that tells you Automation has "stopped working"?

Are there any messages in any of the logs that tell you why the Automation feature stops working?

Note that there are two Automation plugins -

- Automation for Jira, which is for Jira Data Center only

- Automation for Jira - Server Lite, which is the version compatible with Jira Server.

Make sure that you are using the correct plugin, compatible with your Jira type.

Additionally make sure you have the right version of the plugin. For Jira Server v9.11.1 you need plugin version 8.2.4 at a minimum.
