Excel-Export out of Service Desk customer portal

Hello,

we would like to allow our customers to export a list of their created requests out of the customer portal.

Is this already possible?

This feature is not available in Jira Service Desk. We have released an add-on in Atlassian Marketplace which solves this problem.

Please try it from here: Requests Export for Jira Service Desk

It lets customers to export their requests to CSV or Excel.

Hi,

As part of Atlassian Codegeist 2017 we have launched a free add-on that covers this topic to some extent. Please check it out and give us feedback, as we are working on a more sophisticated reporting add-on for Customer portal, that should fill the gap that Atlassian left here.

Unfortunately the Portal API is very hard to work with for now, so this was only possible to do for Server for now. We have plans to do a Cloud version too, but that is still yet to come.

There is no export function available on the portal other than copy&paste (tedious). The best option would be to automate a report that you would send to the customer on a regular schedule or on demand. You can vote/watch these issue - JSD-4212JSD-2390.
