Hi I have an issue with excel plugin I can't login using google account. Setup Excel Connector 3.6.0 for JIRA
Hi Dinesh,
Check if you are using correct Jira URL and correct login & password combination.
If it is not the case, create a ticket on our Customer Portal: https://psc-software.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/9
Please reference to this question in the issue description and give us much details as you can - so that we could reproduce this issue.
Also include logs from excel connector (The Excel Connector log file named ExcelConnector.log is located in C:\Users\ {your_username} \AppData\Local\Transition Technologies S.A\Excel Connector directory.)
Cheers,
Łukasz

@Dinesh You need to create an account in our customer portal.
This screenshot is not enough - as you can see it only refers to dates from 2018-11-21 - and this is the begging of the file. We need whole file and as much details as you can provide - tell us exactly what you do, step by step, so that we could reproduce it and find the root cause of the issue.
