You mention how to create users with the check box to send invitations, and also how to invite new users who will then be created in the system. Is there a way to send invitations to existing users without having duplicate accounts created? When I started creating user accounts, the box to email invitations was checked. Somewhere along the way, the checkbox was unchecked and the user accounts were created. They now sit with no link to resend the invitation since they were never sent. Is there another option other than deleting and recreating the accounts?
That feature that you want does not exist. What you could do is to send one email to all JIRA users. There should be one Send E-mail link in your Administration screen which you can use to.. spam all users.
