Fetch data from JIRA cloud to excel 2016

I want to fetch data from Jira cloud to excel to build some statistical dashboards, I appreciate your support on how this can be done.

Hi Alaa, how are you today?

We can do that by following the step-by-step procedure below:

1. Navigate to Jira Home (click on Jira icon at the very left menu bar).
2. Click on Issues and filters then search for the issues you want using either Jira basic search (using filters) or Jira advanced search (using JQL).
3. Click on the center button of the options we have at the top right corner.
4. Select Export Excel CSV (all field) and download the file.
