Field required only for one issue type only in one project

Greetings,

 I am the administrator of two projects created with shared configuration (Project-C was created after the Project-B and its based on the latter one mentioned configuration) - what I need to do is to have  "Mazda" custom field present only in Project's-C "Bug" issue type on create issue screen, view issue screen and edit issue screen. For other issue types in the same project (Project-C) and in Project-B it should not be obligatory (not marked with an asterisk *)

Advice of any type is highly needed and appreciated.

Just do not hide the field but make it mandatory
