Flat file DB in Jira service desk to another DB

Hi,

I have installed  30 days Evaluation version Jira service Desk in my host system. i want to migrate flat file (H2db) DB which has been created in Jira service desk to My SQL BD. Can  you please suggest me how to proceed and also share your best suggestion on this.
