As defined above, I am looking to improve the ease of use for the user when completing our form.
There is a section of the form that requests 4 different types of personal info for one purpose. Shortly after, usually the same info is required for a different, but similar context. Reviewing the data, oftentimes users input the exact same data. I was curious if it is possible to create a checkbox, or button of some sort that copies and pastes the data. If it is relevant, the groups of textboxes are vertically adjacent to each other.
Any clarity offered on this issue would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

There are a few ways to do this.
First question, do you have Script runner? If so you could use it to copy the field values to the other fields when the checkbox is checked. There are probably other marketplace apps that can do this as well.
If not, you could use automation. Have the automation check for the checkbox value and copy the field values into the other fields.
