Can someone tell me where the configuration is for the From email address when an auto status change is performed. For example....a support ticket is updated and the status changes from Waiting for Support to Waiting for Customer. At this point an email is sent and I want to know where the From email address that is included on this emails is configured.

In this support article you can read up on how outgoing email settings in Jira cloud are fairly limited out of the box. But it seems like you are looking to control the email address that is sending out from your project. Check out this other support article on using a custom email address for outgoing email.
