Hi,
I create jira forms and linked to Custom Fields, the fields name is Request Category.
How can I use that value for Automation for Condition Fileds, I already try but not happens (in condition like not match)?
My automation:
Issue Transtation to: Waiting For Support
Then Request Category is Share Files
Then Set Assignee is XXXX
I already try to use Log Action for that custom fields (Request Category), the results is null (not get a value, in this condition the fields already filled in the form of ticket)
What was the exact content you passed to the 'Log action' component?
What type of field is 'Request Category'?
