We did the Upgrade both in Jira and confluence and currently facing 500 error while clicking on Application link
Hi @Mohankumar Muthuvel , it looks like there is a problem with an add-on making the application links not work.
Can you look in your add-on list and find any ServiceRocket owned add-on and disable it?
If it does not work, you can disable all the add-ons in the instance and restart it.
Make sure if you are enabling the add-on upgrade it first so it is in the latest compatible version of the add-on.
Thanks Bryan.. Sure will check.
We did the add-on upgrade first and then proceeded with Jira upgrade.

@Mohankumar Muthuvel , you have to upgrade the add-on again in order to match the application(Jira)'s current version/

Hi @Mohankumar Muthuvel , can you provide more details. Is there an error stack trace being spit out by the browser?
If so can you include it so we can troubleshoot?
