We are using Jira to record issues within our business for vehicle mileages issues, our Branches report their issues to us using Jira and we can investigate and liaise with third parties on their behalf.
We are looking to move the only business over to this, but would like to provide our Regional/Area Managers with a way to review all the tickets raised by the locations under their remit. Is there a way to do this in Jira, I'm new to it myself and my colleague who helped me set it up has now left the business and nobody else really knows the in's and out's of it.
Ideally what I'd like is a dashboard that could be tailored so that we can create one but when it is viewed by the Regional Manager it would be specific to them without having to have Admin rights to view all the tickets.
