Group notifications

Hello there, we are having a problem with notifications, trying to find out what to do. Once you create a task there is a default group set up - which should get notification - but they dont. There is a default notification scheme where we added that once task is created the notification is send to a specific group custom field value. Even when we check notification helper (for anyone included in the group) it says the mail has been sent. See print screen attached. We have checked the outside logs and there are no emails sent..:(

HI again, we found out solution, we didnt have set up user roles. Jira has way too many possibilities sometimes person gets lost. :)
