Having 2 different domains within a Service Desk cloud instance

Hi

We currently have a JIRA cloud instance covering one of our softwares. We are in the process of rolling out a second software, which need its own prefix to keep the two entitites seperate. Is it possible to do this without licensing a new instance?

Hi @Mujtaba shah 

Not really. Each portal has its own url (portal/1 or 2 or 3) but not on a separate sub domain (a prefix).
