I am having 3 projects.
3 projects have 3 different incoming mails.
But for jira, we are only having one Outgoing mail. ? Can I send reply's to customer using notification mails.
I want to reply my customer from which I have added as a incoming mail.

IIRC, the only time the inbound email address is important is when there is a new issue to be created. Otherwise, and this should be verified, the issue key in the subject will cause any inbound email processor to properly handle the message and add it as a comment to the issue identified in the subject.

Hi Madhu! The functionality that you're asking for is more similar to Jira Service Desk than Jira Software or Jira Core, if you want to be able to notify your clients using the notification scheme the clients will need to have a license of Jira to get the notifications, basically what you need for what you are describing is Jira Service Desk or maybe you could find a plugin for something similar :)
