Not able to delete deactivated account

When i am trying to delete one of account following error will shows:

You can't delete this account

The account for Manasi Katare can't be deleted because:

• This account is related to active accounts that are set to AUTO-RENEW
• This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
• This account is a technical contact for one or more products.
• To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and designate a different user as a billing and technical contact.

Hi @IT Support, Welcome to the community!
The errors mentioned above shows that the Manasi Katare account is linked to other active accounts that have auto-renewal enabled. The account is designated as the primary billing and technical contact. 
To delete this account, you must Designate another user for the same purposes. This is an important step, so please be careful when making changes. 
Also, Before deleting the account, ensure that any important data associated with that account is backed up or transferred to another user.
