I would like to see if it is possible on tickets where they are created by using the project automation to hide fields where values have not been pulled/copied or defined in the automation. The picture below some custom and default fields I am pulling from a trigger issue. I would like it that if a filed in the screen is not being pulled if there is no information to pull. An example being in the initial ticket there might be a field that is relevant for one team but not for the office team(the example below). At the moment the ticket will have the field showing but with no value but I was looking for the ticket to not include the value at all. The aim is to reduce the amount of empty fields that appear in the ticket and only have the fields that I have defined to be pulled in the automation create issue phase.
