How Do I create a Form that is attached to a Project?

Hello, 

I am having a large issue with creating a form in JIRA. I need assistance with mapping a project to the form tab so that I can create a new form.

I created a new project in JIRA as I read that only JIRA project administrators are able to create forms. So, I created a new project, but I am still unable to create a form.

Under the form tab, I only see an option for "Database Connections" but it does not show the option for me to create a form. I know it is something I must be doing wrong or a permission I don't have or something to that extent. Please advise.

So "Forms" exist in two completely different implementations today but neither exist in JSW.

• JSM - recently Proforma forms was released as an integrated solution - what-are-forms 
• JWM - there is a link in the sidebar of Jira Work Management business projects - what-are-JWM-forms-and-what-can-they-do 

So if you are working in Jira Software you do not have "forms" as yet.
