How To Remove Empty Sprints From Backlog?

We have a lot of boards in our testing environment where there are empty sprints in the Backlog that we cant remove: 

Is there a way to delete them without having to create new boards? Obviously its ony a cosmetic issue but a rather annyoing one.

Thanks but unfortunatly i cant see those 3 dots on my sprint reports. Im guessing that im missing some rights?

@Markus Do you have the "Manage Sprints"-permission in your project?
