How can I add custom "modules" to a screen?

Hello,

I'm unsure if they are called modules, I got that term from the css class. Basically, I would like to add custom fields similar to the collapsible Details, Description, Attachments, Tempo and Activity items within a screen. See screenshot.

Is that possible and if so, how?

If that isn't possible, is there a way to add padding between Custom Fields within a screen?
