My users are to often pressing "Share with customer" instead of "Comment internally" when they are adding comments to a issue.
Is there any way to get a confirmation when you press "Share with customer"?

Upon a search in the Atlassian Marketplace I found Doublecheck for Jira and Service Desk. It does exactly what you described.
