How can I make a decision uneditable after approved?

Merve Kosesoy May 25, 2018

We have a kanban decision forum and on the workflow, we have Open -> Proceed to Decision Forum -> Approved. I don't want anyone but admins to be able to edit the title/ description etc. of an approved decision. How may I do that?

Merve,

if you click the Status in question, you can determine who can edit. In the example above, only those in the JIRA-Admin group can edit.

Merve,

In that case, you can use workflow Properties to accomplish this.

example...jira.permission.edit.group=jira-administrators
