I understand it is not currently possible to view tickets from other projects, even though you can create a filter like: Project in (ProjectA, ProjectB, ProjectC). Well, this is a major issue for businesses with multiple locations utilizing multiple projects. I want to find a way around this. Does anyone know of a plugin or other way to accomplish this?

I really think this feature should be implemented because it makes no sense not to. I get that JIRA Service Desk is designed to only look at tickets in the current project, but why? That is fine if it is default, but i should be able to specifiy multiple projects if I want. It just seems like a pointless limitation.

Just make your own dashboard and use that instead, or save + share a series of Filters and navigate via the Issue Navigator. That's really the only way around it that I see. However, both of those workarounds are solid and work great.

Queues in a Service Desk, unfortunately, are locked to that project only.
