How can I modify the notification check interval?

Hi,

I believe that there is a daemon check if ther is a notification to be fired and to be distributed every interval of time, say 30 sec.  where this configuration parameter exist and how can I modify it ?

Hi Mohamed,

If you are Jira Cloud, unfortunately you can't do that. The notification system runs every one minute and this can not be changed.

However, if you use Jira Server you can accomplish this by navigating to Administration > System > Advanced > Services and changing the setting Mail Queue Services for the desired interval.
