How can I remove Jira Automation emails?

I created a rule that updates a field in a great part of my stories. Every day I get a spamming of emails with all the changes Jira Automation has done. How can I avoid the sending of this emails.

I tried to use the solution proposed in this post, but i cant find the checkbox they're referring to. 

All i can see in the rule edit tab is what is shown in the following photo.

It'd be great to get some feedback.

You actually need to go to the "Edit issue" action and click on "More options" to get the checkbox:

Hi @p_vallarino 

There are two place you could potentially check.

1. In the solution proposed in this post - it is looking at the new action components in automation rules, in your case it is looking at then edit component in your automation rule. If you go to that action you will see a more option drop down and you will find the option as shown in the image below
   
   
   
2. The second part of this is in your project settings, you may be getting notification whenever a ticket is updated, to find this look in your project setting  >> notification tab. You will see when users will be notified when something happens in a ticket, it could be that you are a watcher in a ticket and whenever it is update you are being notified as shown in the example screenshot below
