How can I select IMAP for incoming mail handler

I'm following the instructions on https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Creating+Issues+and+Comments+from+Email to try and set up an IMAP server for JIRA to read emails and create issues from them. According to the docs I should see an IMAP option, but all I see is POP. Anyone know why?

Hi Tim,

The options displayed, relates directly to the configured mail servers in the section above, "POP / IMAP Mail Servers"

From the displayed options, it appears the mail server is configured to fetch mail using pop3 and not using imap.
