Hello @Matias Stagnari you can't merge them as it sounds but what should do is the following.
Pick the one you are going to keep.
Using bulk edit, copy the information from the other custom field to the one you are keeping
Once all has been replicated, delete the custom field you are not going to keep
Add the other custom field on the screens that the other one was.
