Hi!
next week my first emplyee starts working for me. Now i need for me and for financial office a overview abouts his workingtime. He will work in Jira and Helpdesk as supporter,
My plan is to give him tasks for softwaretesting in jira and support will come via helpdesk, no he have to insert his used time for finishing an issue/task
But how can i bring the time from Helpdesk and Jira together into one time overview?
I hope anyone can help me

Generally, there are some fields that can't/shouldn't be added to request types.
Maybe a plug in?
