How do I build an automation rule to set multiple users as issue watchers?

I would like to add some involving person who is not a project admin/issue creator to see the case status.

And I would like to know if it can match the specific field, and also run into automation.

I am not sure if I get it correctly. If you would like to add specific watchers to every single new issue that meet specific criteria like Priority, you can create rule simmilar to following:
