How do I change the JSD template from a "Basic Service Desk" to a "Customer Service (Desk)"?

Our JSD was incorrectly set up to use the Basic Service Desk template.  It really needed to be set up as a Customer Service (external).  We have no data in the instance yet so I don't need to worry about that.  Where do I got to change the template (which will change the issue types).  Thanks
