I have an employee who has a new company e-mail address and does not have access to her previous one. As a Jira admin I'd like to update her e-mail address to the new one. I can only suggest an edit, which I'm guessing is going to her old e-mail address. Note that we're not set up to manage domains. We just have a list of users and apparently I can't edit this property. I tried using the "Log in as user" feature but the accounts page is directed toward my own instead of the user I'm temporarily logged in as.

To my knowledge there is no option to do that, as this email address is linked to your employee whole Atlassian account and not simply to your Jira instance :/
What you (or your employee) can try though, is to directly submit a support issue to Atlassian Support , who might be able to do it for you.
