We have a problem with the status DONE by default opening up to write an internal message. This action must always be written externally in our company and this regularly results in the customer not receiving our message. Where can I change that setting?

There is a setting where you can change the default behaviour.
You can find it here :
Jira Admin Settings --> Products --> Jira Service Management --> Default Comment behaviour
