We receive emails from a vendor that we want to track in Jira Service Desk. I would like to route all emails from the vendor's domain to a specific queue without affecting any other domains we receive emails from. Is this possible?

Currently this is not delivered functionality. There is a suggestion that is gathering interest that would allow you to create organizations based on domain - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4417
Currently the only option is to use a plugin like Automatons for JIRA they also have a Free Version. This plugin allows you to create organizations based on domain. Once you have an organization you can use it in your JQL to create the queue.
