Request:
1. The request raised by customers from the same organization should have visibility among the organization.
2. The management group from the external customer we work raised requests 1 above. Meanwhile we do not want to grant them with internal Jira License that allow them to check the internal projects.
Problem:
1. I did not find the way to disable "Share with no one " option from the customer side.
2. If an individual chooses "Share with no one", other members from the same organization are not able to see the issues raised.
I don't know how you can disable 'Share with No One', but if you have 1 external customer that needs to be added to be kept aware, you should be able to add customers as 'Request participants' to the Service Request with an Automation Rule just for that Organization. check to see if 'reporter in organizationMembers("OrganizationNameHere")'
That might get you close.
I'm not an automation expert, but hopefully this points you in the right direction.
In my project, I do NOT want everyone in the organization to get emails about every ticket. Each person in the organization can view all tickets for the organization when they click on the 'Requests' link in the upper right corner of the portal and selecting the organization.
