How do I exclude reporters with a specific domain from an automation rule?

Let's say I need to exclude all tickets reported by "@gmail.com" users:

[Tzu Hau Chai]

That would not be possible, as JQL cannot search for data outside of the issue itself, email address is not part of the issue data. Unless, the username is the exactly the same as the email address which in most cases it is not.
