How do I get a similar report like Remedy from JIRA?

I have a weekend change report from Remedy. These changes are submitted by different Platform teams. I want to see which of these Platform teams are submitting any issues / stories for some changes performed over the weekend in JIRA. I tired to look at a data extract in JIRA but I could not get any details from it. Any suggestions ?

Construct JQL filter for target  issues and use this filter for email subscription or manually export the search results.
