How do I migrate users from Jira Delegate directory to LDAP Active Directory?

I would like to stop Jira Delegate directory and start using the users in new LDAP without loosing information 

I'm using PostgreSQL as database.

I already put the LDAP on the top in the User Directories screen.

How to move the Group name, login details, full name, issues and assign,comments,... to the new users

Hi,

Users (and groups) fetched from your LDAP don't have any access until you configure them to have access to your Atlasssian applications. 

So if you want to begin using your LDAP fetched users/groups you have to grant them access to your Atlasssian applications and then assigne them to project roles according to your permissions schemes. 

I would advice to use the same (old or JIRA local) groupes and just add LDAP users to these groupes while deleting old users from theses groupes. 

Normally if your configuration (i.e Application access & project role attribution) is based on groupes, it will work fine.
