On some of my ticket view screens, the due date appears in the middle of the screen. I want it to consistently appear on the right column so I can pin it. How do I do this?

You can do this by going to Project settings > Request management > Request types and locate the request type you want to change. Then go to work item view and move the field from Description fields to Context fields. Anything under Context fields will be shown on the right.
Thanks! So it was because I allowed that field to be updated by the customer when submitting the request that it needs to stay in that area? That makes sense. Thanks for your help!
