How do I populate the Organization Field from a service desk project to a company project?

Here is a rule that I made that works for a custom field. You will notice I am copying from the Destination issue. My question details follow the screenshot.

I want to replicate the above rule (copy field contents to a linked issue field). I have copied the rule above. I replaced the custom field with the Organizations field.  There is not an option to select the Destination issue. None of the selection options give me the desired outcome. I have tried them all. I do not want to use the reporter email as some reporters are part of multiple organizations. Please help :)

Hi @Mary Kable -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The Issue Linked trigger creates the smart value {{destinationIssue}} and so I recommend trying to copy the field by the smart value directly.

I believe Organizations is a list field, and so you may need to use JSON to copy the values: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/advanced-field-editing-using-json/#Multi-select-custom-field
