There is any possibility that when a customer create a issue for the very first time I receive a notification in me gmail or in any place in jira so that I don't have to check every time my Jira Services Desk to see if an issue was create.:???

try configure the costumer notifications, you can configure a specific email, group or User Custom field with this.
