How do i resolve this issue.

The above error says some of the features are not available due to non payment , checked and confirmed account is paid up. It was working fine yesterday now suddenly it comes up with this error.

Is there a screenshot you intended to include with the question?

Based on your question, I assume you've checked your instance is billing correctly? You can do this as the Org/Billing Admin...

  1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
  2. Select your Org (if needed)
  3. Select Billing from the top navigation bar
  4. Ensure the next bill date is not in the past

If it is, select the Manage hyperlink next to the relevant product, and review further.
