The above error says some of the features are not available due to non payment , checked and confirmed account is paid up. It was working fine yesterday now suddenly it comes up with this error.

Based on your question, I assume you've checked your instance is billing correctly? You can do this as the Org/Billing Admin...
If it is, select the Manage hyperlink next to the relevant product, and review further.
