How do you generate an automation that requests time tracking input everytime a card is moved?

Our team would like to improve the quality of our time tracking data. Often times we simply forget to input data. We realize that if Jira prompted us to input time tracking every time a card is moved, we might get better estimates for the time required for our services. New to Jira so any support is helpful - we are scouring the Triggers and Events but aren't finding exactly what we need to prompt the time tracking window to come up.

This is a workflow function; you can add a screen with the time tracking fields to the workflow transition that prompts the user to enter time; here is some info on how to set it up:
