How does alerts work in Opsgenie apps?

Hi Team,

This is regarding Opsgenie

I have few questions,

1. How many users can be used for free tier?

2. Can we choose number of users specific to "Opsgenie" app.

3. In case of call alerts, is there any external charges involved? if so how much it is? and whether it can be snoozed?

Please see information about Voice notifications in the provided page. There can be additional charges, it depends on your plan. It is not possible to use them in the Free plan, only SMS/e-mail/push notifications.
