How does the 'Jira Service Management' service translate to the Cloud service from Server edition

How is the transition and how does it differ?

Does it negate the need for additional features such as Workflow Essentials and Powerscripts ?

Hi @NTNT - JSM Cloud is definitely more feature rich, but It would help to understand your current use cases for Workflow Essentials and Powerscripts in order to provide an answer as to whether you still need them.

Here's an article I found regarding the differences: cloud-vs-server

It all comes down to how you were using the Server edition.  If you had lots of plugins, apps, addons, etc, you may want to make sure everything is working as expected.

We switched to the cloud so we wouldn't have to worry about system updates and maintenance of the server.  There may be some functionality that isn't 100% the same, or screens are different.

Hope that helps.
