How hide automatic response from Customer Portal view?
Hi Angela,
It seems like you have an Automation rule to add a Public comment in your Service Desk project. You can verify this under the project Administration.
In terms of to avoid this being shown on the Customer Portal, you can either disable that rule or you can add an Internal Comment instead of Public Comment.
