We have multiple locations in our company. We would like to set up a location for each office. How can I do it? I also want to add IT tech to their site under the newly created location.
If any customer submits a ticket to any location it should only route to that location IT tech

If you are using Insight Asset Management. You can create location object attribute for each and every users in User object Scheme.
You can fetch the user location while creating the ticket on create screen, once the location is fetched, you can write automation or another script to auto assign the issue based on their location on the create screen.
It's involved a bit manual efforts to import users location data. but once the data import is done. you can use it for your automations and scripted fields.
