Hemant Kalra January 21, 2019

Dear All,

We are already using 100 JIRA license with SEN-XXXXXXXX and now we have procured additional 50 licenses with new SEN-YYYYYYYY which which is different from already existing. Can you please guide us how to add additional 50 licenses into already added 100 licenses so that we will be able to use 150 licenses.

Hello,

You need to upgrade your Jira license from 100 users to 150. You can read more here:

You don't.

A Jira system only has one licence, and that licences it for a tier.  You can't buy 50 users and "add" them.

You have a 100 user licence now, but as you need more, you need to upgrade that licence to the next tier to cover them.  You need a 250 user licence to replace (not add to) the 100.

Get in touch with https://support.atlassian.com/contact and tell them that you've bought the wrong licence (the 50 users) and you actually want to upgrade the 100 user licence to 250.
