I'm a full Administrator and I have given myself the permission(s) Service Desk Customers and Service Desk Team. But I have limited control over the Service Desk. On almost all options I encounter;
You need to be a Service Desk Agent to access this page. Contact your administrator if you need access.
Can anybody confirm how to add agents? I've seen the article; https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/add-your-service-desk-agents-to-work-on-requests/ but I see no such option - thanks in advance.
@Daniel Pylypiw There should be a 'service-desk-agents' Jira group that comes with the service desk software. I believe that this is where the agents are officially added and it is the number of users in this group that defines what price tier you are paying.
If you cannot see this group, try searching for the 'jira-servicedesk-users' group instead and add yourself here.
